The governorship candidate of the Alliance For Democracy (AD) High Chief Owolabi Salis loses his mother at the age of 98years , Mama  Tayibat Tijani Fakunmoju died on Friday 3rd of July 2020 she was buried according to moslem rite on Saturday July 4th 2020. She was the daughter of  former Olumale of Ikorodu and was survived by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a sister.

Mama was well known as a kind hearted person, remembered for her giving to people around her as a legacy she inherited from her illustrious son High Chief Owolabi Salis her born born popularly known as Oba Mekunnu.

Chief Owolabi  Salis is a popular New York based  Attorney, his practice is devoted to helping  poor people all over the nations and also uplifting the Immigrants to greater heights. Salis is featured as top 100 lawyers in USA.           He contested for the National Secretary of PDP in the past but was defeated by a Former governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola.
