During the visit, the DIG issued key administrative directives and firmly cautioned against all forms of misconduct, including bribery, extortion, and unprofessional investigative practices.

DIG Abubakar emphasized that maintaining the highest policing standards is crucial for building public trust and upholding the Nigeria Police Force’s integrity. He also reassured officers that the Force leadership is actively addressing welfare issues, especially accommodation concerns.

The visit concluded with an inspection of the Police Special Fraud Unit (PSFU), where DIG Abubakar met with team leaders and reinforced his expectations of discipline, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.
