2023 Presidential election: I’m Not Aware Of Any Agreement Between Buhari And Tinubu- Rotimi Amaechi.
The Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi has denied knowledge of any agreement between President Muhammadu Buhari and Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2023 election.
Recall that Senator Rufai Hanga, a key founding member the APC, had implied that there was an arrangement between Tinubu and Buhari on the 2023 presidential election.
But when interviewed by Daily Trust if such pact existed between Buhari and Tinubu to hand over power to the latter, Amaechi said he does not know.
He stated that as the director-general of APC Campaign Organisation during the 2015 and 2019 presidential election, he did not witness such decision.
